SSK HOLIDAYS Private Ltd (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) accepts bookings subject to the following terms and conditions. These conditions apply only to tour arrangements booked by clients with the Company. Once you book your tickets with us, it means you have accepted our terms and conditions in full.
All references in these conditions such as “booking”, “tour”, or “arrangements” refer to tour arrangements and do not specify anything particular. Please ensure that you read the terms and conditions on our website carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities clearly.
The contract between the Client and the Company (“you” and “our company”) is important to us. We assure that this contract will not be disclosed to any private third parties. SSK HOLIDAYS stands with its customers in matters of disputes or claims arising between us.
However, we are not responsible for issues arising from your personal matters. No employee of the Company other than the Director of SSK HOLIDAYS has the authority to alter or waive any of these terms. No promises related to discounts or promotions will be valid unless confirmed in writing.
To secure a booking, SSK HOLIDAYS requires customers to pay a minimum deposit. This is mandatory for all tour packages. In some cases, a higher deposit may be required to meet supplier payment conditions.
If you wish to make any changes to your booking, you are required to visit our branch office in person with valid receipts. Changes will be considered only under emergency conditions. Repeated changes are not encouraged, and only minor changes may be permitted under specific circumstances.
Booking cancellations are permitted but depend on the situation. Customers must inform SSK HOLIDAYS via phone or email within the stipulated time period. Cancellation charges may apply in certain cases.
Please note that amounts paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We take great care in arranging your holiday services. SSK HOLIDAYS is responsible for its employees, agents, and suppliers during the course of travel.
However, we are not responsible for any criminal, illegal, or violent acts occurring during the journey. Customers are advised to act responsibly and refrain from unlawful activities while traveling.
The information provided on our website, brochures, itineraries, and advertisements is believed to be accurate and easy to understand. However, errors may occur, and information is subject to change at any time.
For the safety and well-being of all passengers, SSK HOLIDAYS strictly follows a no-smoking policy during travel. Smoking is not permitted inside vehicles under any circumstances.
