ITINERARY

Arrive at New Delhi airport/railway station pickup and proceed to the Pink City of Jaipur (265 km/6 hrs). On arrival, check into the hotel. Later, visit the Amber Fort, City Palace, Jal Maha, Hawa Mahal & Jantar Mantar and overnight stay

After breakfast, proceed to Ajmer (135 km/3 hrs). On arrival, visit the famous Dargah of Salim Chisti and then drive to Pushkar. Visit the only Brahma Temple in India and the Pushkar Lake. In the evening, drive back to Jaipur(145 Kms/ 3 hrs)

In the morning drive to Udaipur (286 km/6 hrs). It was the capital of Sawai Dynasty. Upon arrival, Check into hotel. The evening is at leisure.

After breakfast, visit the famous Jagdish temple, which enshrines a black stone image of Lord Vishnu as Jagannath-Lord of the universe, City Palace, museum and the Saheliyon ki bari - "Gardens of the Maidens”and overnight stay

In the morning drive to Mount Abu (170 km/ 4.5 hrs), the only hill station in Rajasthan at an altitude of 1,220 metres crowning the highest peak of the Aravali hills. Upon arrival, check into hotel. Later, visit the magnificent Dilwara Jain Temple built in 11th century, Sunset point and Nakki Lake and overnight stay Mount Abu

After breakfast, depart to Jodhpur (280 km/7 hrs) which is the second-largest city in Rajasthan. Visit Mehrangarh Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum and overnight stay

In the morning drive towards Jaisalmer (285 km/7 hrs).Upon arrival, check into hotel. Evening is at leisure and overnight stay

In the morning visit Jaisalmer Fort, the only fort in India which has a population of thousand people living within its walls. Later, visit the countless havelis spread across Jaisalmer which are reputed as the city's real show pieces. In the evening visit the sand dunes(Thar desert) to witness a spectacular sunset over the dunes and overnight stay

Early morning proceed to Bikaner ( 332 km/7 hrs). Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. Later, visit the unusual Junagarh Fort. Unlike all the major forts of Rajasthan, which are on hilltops, the Junagarh fort was built on the desert plains itself. Lastly, visit the National Research Centre on Camel and overnight stay

In the morning drive to Jaipur (355 km/7 hrs), transfer to airport for your return journey

The best season to travel to Rajasthan is from October to February. This is the winter season. The winters are not too harsh in Rajasthan except in deserts.

One should carry a pair of sunglasses, sunscreen lotion, and a refillable water bottle. It is advised to carry cotton clothes.
